Next week, I will start new experiment. I will use fluorescence microscopy. Then, I will run Western Blot on 16th Apr. Ganbare!
I should come here on Friday to deal with my cells, but now I can't. It's free that day for Easter. There's no bus. So I have to do experiment tomorrow. But I took a look at my cells, I don't think they will confluence enough tomorrow. I'd better to find a room in Malmö, buses here are not as convenient as in China.
