It seems I caught a cold yesterday. It was windy, but I didn't wear thick coat.
It's the day for experiment. I should collect enough protein from cells and measure the protein content. And then, maybe I will do Western Blot tomorrow or later. But I think there will not be enough protein to do Westen Blot, because I just incubated 2 flasks of cells.
I will get my CDs today. I should get them yesterday, but I found I didn't carry my purse with me when I arrived the CD store. I walked in the wind and shivered with cold , It was the reason for catching a cold.
It's rainy outside with a strong wind. It's really terrible. I'm considering whether I should get the CDs today or not.
